Cannot prompt mobile number neither change nation flag

Hello, we're using the web button pre-auth flow with no error when using the QR code.
The problem is that we cannot prompt mobile number in the input field below the QR code. After we click on the input it loses focus instantaneously. The same applies to the nation-flag selection.

Our app is built using react.js
