API Rate Limiting

Hello,
I am using the API with success but I am having a hard time to understand how the API rate limits requests.

I am using the GET PAYMENT LIST API (https://authservices.satispay.com/g_business/v1/payments) and I get random 403 Forbidden response from the API and I don't understand why.

So to rule out limits with the API, I ask you to let me know the API rate limits.
